Debbie D. Douglas is a veteran HR and Talent Acquisition executive with over two decades of experience recruiting and building high-performing teams across the media, entertainment, and creative industries. Known as “The Talent Whisperer,” she has supported some of the world’s most iconic brands—including Paramount Global, BET Media Group, MTV, VH1, Nickelodeon, and CBS—where she specialized in full-cycle recruitment, workforce strategy, and leadership hiring.

Today, Debbie leads 3DHR Media Staffing Solutions, a boutique staffing and recruiting firm that connects visionary companies with exceptional talent across creative, digital, production, and corporate functions. Whether helping startups scale or established brands strengthen their bench, Debbie and her team bring a strategic, human-centered approach to every search—balancing industry insight, DEI commitment, and instinct for matching the right talent with the right opportunity.

With a Master’s in Human Resources Management from The New School and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from SUNY–Stony Brook, Debbie blends analytical rigor with emotional intelligence. Her deep corporate experience and network make her a trusted partner for organizations seeking to hire smarter and build stronger teams.

Beyond staffing, Debbie extends her expertise through 3DHR Consulting, offering career wellness coaching, leadership development, and strategic HR advisory services.
